Reversed-phase and hydrophilic interaction phases combined on a single column The Acclaim Mixed-Mode HILIC-1 column utilizes a unique silica-based, mixed-mode stationary phase that combines both reversed-phase （RP） and hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography （HILIC） properties.
